RESPONSIBILITIES:- Partners with creative teams to identify and source photographers, illustrators, retouching artists and designers who best fit a given brief. Has a strong desire to source emerging and diverse talent globally.
- 8+ years production experience preferably in a creative agency or in house brand studio focused on photography and art production.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with asset usage rights and content clearances.
- Excellent soft skills. Is able to navigate complex, corporate organizations.
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Resourceful and self-motivated and can function amid ambiguity.
- Aptitude for making quick, quality decisions.
- Has established relationships across the production universe and is comfortable sourcing and working with talent worldwide.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes with minimal notice.
