As a Mechanical Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for Design, analyze, document and functionally validates mechanical components and assemblies. You will work with the team on interfaces w/suppliers, electrical engineering, manufacturing, quality, tooling engineering and other development groups to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
You will:

• Contribute to the successful management and development of mechanical tooling and first samples delivery
• Ensure that comprehensive qualification and subsequent tool revisions are completed
• Ensure deliverables are met per program schedules

Essential Requirements

• Responsible for testing, analysis and debug on assigned mechanical prototypes
• Responsible for the mechanical detail design on assigned components

Desirable Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
