You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Directorand you’ll work out of our CH3U location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the success of our sales team by:
- Designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions,workshops, and webinars
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making continuousimprovements
- Providing guidance and support to sales trainers and training coordinators
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in sales YOU MUST HAVE- 5+ years of sales training or related field
- Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful salestraining programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional designmethodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
