Product Manager - AI Servers
What You’ll do?
Key Job Responsibilities:
Perform market research and analysis on competing product features and positioning. Maintain constant surveillance and awareness of the Server market and articulate customer needs and trends.
Assist in creating datasheets, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and website content.
Develop data and visualization requirements in support of: marketing performance and metrics, and including quarterly business reviews.
Facilitate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand criticalities in the business, use cases, strategic focus. Provide feedback, outline capabilities, present analysis and insights.
Assess overall business operations from both a product and service perspective. Communicate analysis, trends and results to the appropriate management teams
Assist the Senior Server Product Managers in running the UCS Compute Product Lifecycle. Help resolve when actions are needed to upgrade, improve, revise or reposition products, revise product promotional programs and product pricing, discontinue existing products and then develops appropriate plans to discontinue the UCS product and migrate customers to a new UCS product.
In the product planning phase, balance out requirements with cost to improve the value proposition to the customer.
Collaborate to develop, and maintain product roadmaps and other representations of the product line plan and strategy, ensuring they are always up to date.
Develop forecasts for their particular products based on customer demand and maintain forecasts as customer demand changes. Analyze variances between forecasted and actual product demand to understand what happened and to refine their forecasting approach.
Work effectively with Product Team members and Finance to develop a realistic business case.
Work closely with Engineering program management, helping to plan product development, provide mentorship, and monitor results.
Engage with Central Marketing to evaluate and refine marketing messages.
Run early access and early field trials of new UCS Server platforms. Assess the results of usability testing and takes appropriate corrective action.
Evaluate and Establish Pricing. Evaluate the market, the competition and establishes product pricing to increase profit and long-term sales based on corporate objectives and positioning in the marketplace.
Coordinate & handle product launches and orderability. Write the orderability rules for each product.

Combination of an MBA with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
Data exploration skills require SQL, Python, or logic knowledge to guide deep data analysis in a cloud (Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform) environment.
Cultivate an executive presence and bring a strong mix of product management, project management, and customer experience specific acuity coupled with strategic vision and flawless execution.
Diligent to details, quality, and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities, and drive projects through to completion, while collaborating with other teams within the company.
