As an IMAC Technician, you will support internal users with various IT requests related to equipment:
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Software and hardware support
- Loan and swap of laptops and smartphones
- Follow-up on onboarding sessions, Windows/Office updates
🛠️Responsibilities
- Manage the integrity of hardware inventory (laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories)
- Track software licenses and handle reporting
- Be the main point of contact for end users
- Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to coordinate deliveries and on-site interventions
- Take part in internal IT projects as needed
💡Required Technical Skills
- Windows 11, Windows Server
- Office 365
- SCCM
- iOS, Mac OS
- Hardware maintenance (laptop)
- Software installation
- Ticketing and inventory tools
- Laptop and smartphone deployment
