Responding to standard-level requests with appropriate response templates.Raising non-standard requests to appropriate internal level for further review.Accurately recording and reporting on all in-scope activity arising in relevant systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong IS&T proficiency with ability to work optimally across multiple applications and databases and observe high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail in daily work management.
- Good decision-making capability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to take the necessary initiative to resolve ambiguity.
- Ability to perform in an information sensitive environment and manage work activities within Data Protection, Privacy, and Data Security protocols.
- Proficient Mandarin and English language verbal and written skills required.
- Experience working in a similar law enforcement compliance role
