Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels in NPI against kit lists to ensure seamless production continuity.
Material Collection: Coordinate material collection for Work Orders (WOs) to support real-time production needs
Logistics Coordination: Provide logistical support and real-time production reporting, freeing up technicians for critical assembly tasks.
Stock Accuracy: Ensure accuracy of sub-assembly and finished goods stock through tracking and verification processes.
MRB Material Handling: Execute logistical transactions for Material Review Board (MRB) materials within NPI.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with QA, Warehouse, and NPI Technicians to streamline operations and resolve logistical challenges.
Inventory Management: Close out old WOs and complete necessary reports ahead of inventory counts to maintain operational efficiency.
Support during Inventory Counts: Assist and guide teams during inventory counts to expedite processes and swiftly return to ongoing production activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience – A Must
2-3 years of demonstrated experience in supply chain roles – An Advantage
Proficiency in ERP systems: ERP experience – A Must ; ERP Priority – An Advantage
High-level command of English , both spoken and written – An Advantage
Proficient in MS Excel - A Must
Strong analytical skills
Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
Self-starter with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work independently under pressure, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
