What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
- Support the project team (in conjunction with the BACE project Maintenance lead) through the design phase of the Project including Model Reviews, layout reviews, Haz Ops, RCMs, specification and drawing reviews.
- Participate and lead in various Project Design, Construction and Commissioning meetings and delegate for Maintenance Lead where required on relevant topics.
- Support site surveys as deemed necessary.
- Support Vendor Inspections/FATs as identified by the Project. Identify and be responsible on specific details for inclusion on the PM job plans, to provide for digital maintenance and reliability solutions, to ensure we are using the most up to date technology to ensure high reliability.
- Attend Project Construction Walk downs as deemed necessary to identify any snags and track to closure.
- Provide technical support working with Maintenance Technicians & vendor that is necessary to ensure the commissioning is completed in a timely manner.
- Assist as required supporting the Maintenance Technicians in the completion of the first PMs of the system.
- Identify Maintenance training requirements with the Project Team and receive appropriate training from the relevant vendors along with Maintenance Technicians.
- Assist in the Identify any vendor specific training requirements. Contribute to developing SWIs/SOPs/Procedures that are deemed necessary for future maintainability and reliability.
- Support the BACE project Maintenance lead in identifying and setting up appropriate spares for the project. For commissioning complete aspects of Projects.
- Support the assigned Maintenance Technicians and Operations, during the ongoing maintenance activities in support of qualification completion through PPQ batches and start-up.
- Will actively work to implement non-intrusive Maintenance solutions using the most up to date technologies (Digital/Condition monitoring etc) to suit BACE Production facility.
What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
- Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Qualified with min 5 years experience.
- Knowledge of API equipment.
- Knowledge of equipment included in the BACE project (which is in line with current API installations).
- Knowledge of existing systems in API (e.g., Procal, SAP, PM/CM/PDM etc.).
- Through process training and continuous learning, a thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant M&I Policies and Procedures will be required.
- A working knowledge of pharmaceutical plant and equipment.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of GDP requirements.
- Communication skills.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Time management (self) ability to deliver to timelines.
- Ability to Speak up and query any issues associated with the design of the Facility.
