Co-author or contribute to the creation and revision of labeling and engineering deliverables including but not limited to Summary of Safety and Clinical Performance (SSCP) and Project Information for Patients (PIP) documents.
Clearly and correctly state and summarize technical information in documents.
Rewrite physician-facing technical information to make it accessible to patients at an eighth grade reading level, using the Flesch-Kincaid test as a metric.
Complete readability assessments and provide readability reports for documents.
Manage, organize, and communicate project information, project activities, and project status.
Apply corporate and regulatory documentation requirements.
Participate in or lead department projects. Make suggestions or corrections to make a document clearer and more concise.
Initiate document Change Request and Peer Review approvals.
Manage the project records during development.
Assist with supporting tasks for the Labeling department as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, English Teaching, Translation or applicable field.
At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
English Level: C1 (90%-94%)
Excellent writing skills in English and Spanish
