Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of operations, people, scheduling, or technical project/program management experience; at least 2 of those years in a corporate business environment
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyze data and insights and turn metrics into narratives that drive action
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or customer service leadership experience
- Prior experience supporting business transformation projects
- Innovates by moving beyond traditional ways of doing things, pushes past the status quo
- Ability to present to all levels of leadership, including executives
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Numbers and Keynote applications
- Experienced user of Mac OS X, iOS, watchOS, and Apple hardware
