This position will support our hiring in SEA and ANZ. This role will report to Director, Talent Acquisition APAC. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of recruitment support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. You will also be responsible for proactively reaching out to candidates through various innovative sourcing methods, creative campaigns, onsite events, and other networking platforms and telling our story. Speed is key in this role, but most important is driving world-class candidate experience through our process.
In this role, you will…
  • Ensuring fulfilment of organization’s recruitment needs in accordance to given timeline
  • Be responsible for the entire life cycle of the candidate experience
  • Building strategic pipelines of talent for all business groups at Align in your region of coverage
  • Create a positive memorable experiences for each and every candidate by always going the extra mile and ensuring regular communication
  • Ability to function as a talent advisor, and expert in finding and assessing great talent
  • Creating fun and interactive onsite and offsite events and campaigns
  • Efficiency in process, overcoming obstacles and bottlenecks to allow us to be competitive in the marketplace
  • Collaborate and share best practices with your recruiting peers around the globe
  • Being a brand champion on all platforms, consistently sharing our opportunities and telling our story
  • Call, recruit, and source for all assigned positions both full-time and contacts
  • Work with cross functional teams, work with global and off site peers
  • Perform intake meetings with managers and build a strategy of find the best candidates
  • Actively participate in TA / HR projects
  • Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
In this role, you’ll need …
  • Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience in either recruitment agency or in-house recruiter; Recruitment experience in healthcare industry is highly preferred
  • Language: English (written and spoken)
  • BS degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • A true creative mind for networking
  • Ability to focus attention to detail
  • Able to work with agility and sense of urgency to deliver Talent Acquisition metrics
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Recruiter with regional recruitment experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with Social Media(LinkedIn) and ATS (PinPoint) is preferred
