Proven Experience in supporting (influencing and mentoring) senior leadership at Director/VP level and above. Experience partnering with client groups from multiple countries and complex markets with track records in driving people strategies in either Greater China or Global.
Proven experience leading strategy and driving implementation in Organisational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Talent & Performance Management
Ability to drive decision and productive analytical data and trends
Preferred fluency in Mandarin and understanding of GC market - can be optional for internal candidates with strong experience in Apple and with global insights
Strategic agility in building out people strategies and able to decipher and build out prioritisation
Leading team - strong background and experience in leading senior team members and developing team members
Outstanding communication skills and executive presence
HR Manager or HRBP with experience leading People Team in a matrix organisation. Proven track records in building and developing high performance team and showcase ability to develop others.
Experience working with senior executives and working in Greater China with a strong understanding of the cultural nuances of the region
Experience collaborating with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Comp and Bens and On-boarding functions
Ability to navigate and cut through ambiguity and thrive in a fast paced and vibrant environment
Positive energy & attitude with a desire to drive constant improvement & change
