The Corporate Development Director will:
Be based in San JoseCAor New YorkNY
Identify,developandexecuteinorganic growthstrategies andopportunities for PayPal
Oversee allaspects of the deal,fromidea generation tofinancial modeling,duediligencetonegotiations
Coordinate cross-functionaldiligenceteamsandact as theprimary contactfortarget companies
Mentorand developdeal teammemberswhoassistwith sourcing, financialmodelingand diligence
Requirements:
+ years in Corporate Development(2+ yearsrequired), Private Equityor Investment Banking
Strong experience intransaction document negotiation, as well as leading all aspects of adealto integration
Strong analytical skills,includingfinancialmodeling, valuation(public & private),andsynergyanalysis
Adept with technology and a strategic thinker – knowswhat isbest for the business, can develop strategic plans
Excellent judgment, mature, and experience working withBoard levelexecutives
Experiencein developingteams (training, performance evaluations, culture building)
