Key job responsibilities
• Own, create and execute development of your lead pipeline creating long-term value in the sales funnel.
• Build and manage key relationships internally and externally to ensure pipeline health.
• Lead a test-and-learn environment that leads to technically based solutions that drive efficiencies and scale across the team.
• Create business and financial analyses, including revenue forecasting, lead monitoring, geographic expansion, and closed deals.
• Understand the technical requirements and needs of our Sellers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of our product offerings.
• Develop scalable insight-driven narratives with sound recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects.
• Build strong relationships with other Amazon team members.Seattle, WA, USA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals.
- Excellent business and financial acumen and negotiations skills with the ability to drive strategic planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- Effective and energetic team player who is successful in an ambiguous deadline driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Strong ownership and bias for action.
- Experience with retail, e-commerce, and enterprise level sellers.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience working with engineering and product teams to influence product improvements.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
