- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program management
- Experience in new product introduction or supply/demand planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, Operations, or a similar field.
- Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, forecasting, or business insights.
- Experience with data center hardware technology and data center capacity planning and budgeting.
- Experience with change management success across capacity planning, resource management, and delivery, new product introduction, supply chain management, or infrastructure deployment.
- Experience running programs and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
