Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP SAC Reporting Lead (Manager), responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This role requires a deep understanding of data visualization, analytics, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting tools.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of reports and dashboards within SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into SAC solutions.
• Manage the SAC reporting team, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards.
• Develop and enforce best practices for SAC report development, including templates, guidelines, and documentation.
• Optimize SAC performance and user experience through effective design and data modelling.
• Provide training and support to business users on SAC functionality and report interpretation.
• Stay current with SAP SAC updates and new features, incorporating them into the reporting strategy as appropriate.
• Drive the adoption of SAC across the organization by demonstrating its value in gaining actionable insights.
• Work closely with the IT department to ensure proper integration of SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Lead data governance and security efforts within the SAC environment.

Experience:

• 8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP SAC.
• Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations.
• Proven track record of leading reporting projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with SAP data structures and integration points.
• Experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and other SAP data management tools is a plus.
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
• Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Competencies / Skills:

• Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud, including report and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in data modeling and data preparation within SAC.
• Understanding of BI concepts, including data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with relevant programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and technologies (e.g., SAP HANA).
• Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

Education:

• Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud(preferred).
• Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
