What you need to know about the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and solution discussions with local and global stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality mini-program applications.
• Design and develop critical mini-program systems (both internal and client-facing), including building and maintaining reusable frameworks to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UED designers, end-users, and framework users to provide optimal solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD and automation practices, ensuring efficient and reliable development processes.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, own code quality, and conduct code reviews to uphold high development standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams globally to align on solution design and implementation, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 8+ years' experience in developing web application.
• Proficiency in at least one front-end framework such as React/Vue.
• Solid understanding of the WeChat Mini Program framework, including WXML, WXSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with native(iOS/Android) mobile app development is highly desirable
• Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., Taro, uni-app) is a plus
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Proficiency in English is preferred for international communication.

Desirable Skills:

• Hybrid/mobile experience will be a big plus.
• Front endArchitecture/PerformanceTuning/Safety Optimization will be a big plus.
