Key job responsibilities- Leveraging and integrating advanced technology into process design to maximize return on investment and minimize costs.
- Recommending and implementing changes to product design, safety procedures, work methods, and labor standards.
- Project and Change management from conception to completion.- Writing clear documents, and guiding project meetings with Sr. Management.

- Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced technical (MS/MBA/PhD) degree with focus on Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics, and related areas.
- Expert knowledge of tools including: Statistical Hypothesis testing, Optimization heuristics, DMAIC, Six Sigma, Simulation, Queueing Analysis
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Experience developing and deploying large capital projects at global scale.
- Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project), AutoCAD, and statistical tools (JMP or Minitab, SAS, SPSS, R, etc.)
- Experience with change management and influencing, negotiating and communicating across multiple organization levels.
- Travel up to 60% may be required.
