Responsibilities: -
Responsibilities include performing ProjectWise related activities such as installing, configuring and troubleshooting the software; and staying current with upgrades, updates and patches. ·
Responsibility of setting up PW components Renditions, Workflow, Deliverable Management etc..
- Responsibilities for creating new Projects in ProjectWise according to Company/Client standards, should have knowledge of environments attributes and attribute synchronization.
- Be able to define business requirements and configure ProjectWise to meet them.
- Delivering ProjectWise user and administrator training
- Troubleshooting systems related to ProjectWise such as application servers, databases, webservers and networks.
- Should have knowledge of integration of ProjectWise with Autodesk and Bentley applications.
- A comprehensive understanding of electronic document management with strong emphasis on engineering design - Experience in managing ProjectWise with ProjectWise Web and Drive support.
- Experience in 2D, 3D CAD applications.
- Configuration experience with MicroStation workspaces and/or AutoCAD profiles
- A thorough understanding of Windows Active Directory
Experience with ITIL service management concepts and methodologies; certification is a plus.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and telephone skills, organizational, planning skills and willing to talk in front of users.
- Should be able to obtain problem resolution in a timely manner.
- Willing to travel. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems.
Qualifications: -
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computers / Electronics / IT from a reputed university.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good to have: · Previous experience working with service desk systems desirable.
· Experience working with Engineering company.
· Knowledge of 2D and 3D cad applications
