Description
Responsibilities for the Growth Marketing Acquisition Manager include:- Optimize programs through A/B testing and develop strategic recommendations based on data driven insights.- Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience building out unique acquisition strategies geared at optimizing conversion, subscription, and revenue - both on and off-platform.
  • Strong understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models.
  • Possess deep understanding of, and experience completing A/B testing and leveraging data driven insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
  • Proven track record of problem solving, developing creative solutions and demonstrating resourcefulness.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Exhibit a strategic approach and the ability to lead the development and cross-functional execution of effective marketing programs.
  • Strong communication skills and can deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.
  • Works collaboratively under pressure, with experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
  • Contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving environment and are willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever task is necessary.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
