Description
As the US Country Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the US commercial growth plan for Apple Retail (Online and Stores). Success in this position requires in depth market analysis, strategic thinking, strong collaboration across teams, and the ability to translate insights into innovative growth initiatives and results.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, or retail business management.
  • Experience working within the US carrier or telecom sales ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and business performance to develop actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, or retail business management.
  • Deep understanding of the US smartphone market, including wireless carrier trends, competitive dynamics, and channel strategies.
  • Expertise in e-commerce or omnichannel retail strategies, with a focus on driving online sales growth.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative growth ideas.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
