Your role:

  • Lead business development activities for RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) solution with support from commercial teams:

    • Prospective search and screening of leads, analysis of partnership opportunities (including US congresses & key events), engagement with targets, deal structuring, etc. Negotiation can require ad-hoc support from the leadership team. On-site hospital visits are required.

    • Assess monetization strategies including go to market and pricing

  • Project manager , at the center of a multi-disciplinarity team within Cardiologs and more broadly within Philips AM&D (Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics), covering all aspects of RPM activities such as:

    • Product development: work closely with Data science and Product to derive and prioritize customer needs into the product roadmap and continuously improving the fit to evolving market needs.

    • Clinical validation: Work with Clinical Affairs to support validation of the RPM value proposition and build clinical evidence to support the regulatory strategy.

    • Regulatory approvals: Work with Regulatory to obtain and/or maintain regional regulatory approvals aligned with country launch roadmaps, including FDA clearance in the US and CE mark in Europe.

    • Product Marketing: Work with Marketing to develop the value proposition and messaging around the RPM solution for each Customer Persona and create sales enablement tools.

    • HEMAR (Health Economics, Market Access and Reimbursement): work with HEMAR on reimbursement strategies

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, marketing or alternatively in consulting firms in the healthcare industry

  • You have previous experience in a Medical Device company in the US (SaaS company – Software as a Service), Cardiac Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) would be a plus: familiarity in US healthcare systems, political environments, and business norms

  • You have a solid network in Cardiac localizations (IDN, hospitals, private practices…) would be a plus

  • You have strong analytical skills and strategic thinking: ability to analyze complex environments to identify growth opportunities; Ability to drive an innovation project, from the market needs assessment and business models simulation to the internal discussions with the R&D, product teams and go to market; Strong communication and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, medicine, economics, business, or related disciplines

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in French is a plus
