General Summary:

  • At least 5-8 years of hands on Sourcing experience

  • Experience in sourcing technology professionals in R&D environment for Hardware domain like ASIC/Verification, Physical Design, RTL/ASIC Design Engineers etc

  • Prior experience in Semiconductor Sourcing (both volume/niche skills sourcing)

  • Strong experience in using social media tools like Linkedin, job portals etc

  • Experience with profiling qualified candidates who are passive in their job search, and then implementing a strategy for locating them and providing solicitation of interest.

  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and target companies.

  • This is a contract role

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience.

Associate's degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of recruiting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry.

• 2+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), labor and employment relations, interviewing, compensation, benefits, sourcing, talent acquisition metrics, program management, and designing and implementing process improvements, and strategic workforce planning.

• 1+ year of work experience in a global matrixed organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Applies a good understanding of tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS) and strategies to build a small network in order to quickly identify and hire qualified, diverse candidates for multiple workstreams.
