We are seeking an experienced professional in the role of Standards Analyst. The individual who will be successful in this role will have experience analyzing and communicating complex requirements across technical domains such as AI, privacy, and cybersecurity. They will be responsible for looking across multiple regulatory regimes globally to determine patterns and trends that will help guide our GRC strategy in external standards engagement. They will also develop relationships with internal stakeholders to integrate internal requirements (both policy and technical engineering requirements) into the strategic analyses.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years work experience with GRC frameworks and concepts in technical domains such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and AI
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing, using, or developing standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, 27701, 27557, etc.) and basic knowledge of relational database concepts

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or a background in audit, certification, and conformity assessment
• Experience or a background in software engineering and architecture
• Experience performing complex gap analyses across regulatory or other requirements in technical domains
• Ability to build simple relational databases
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• Ability to learn new and complex technologies, as well as learn Microsoft products
• Ability to work in an multicultural and international environment
