Finance & Business Operations

  • Provide analytical insights of business performance from various systems and reports for the Asean leadership to work towards achieving the overall strategy and objectives through clear and concrete deliverables.
  • Lead and/or participate in various workstreams to work with each Market Service Line team to help them work towards achieving the strategic priorities for the Asean Service Line.
  • Regular monitoring and reviews of KPIs together with Markets and Finance – providing the data analysis, identifying the gaps to improve, working closely with Service Line Transformation Leaders to improve metrics.
  • Provide robust regular performance and dashboard reporting with insightful, timely, and action-oriented commentaries.
  • Drive and monitor compliance to meet internal business requirements.

Others

  • Provide support and prepare management materials, compiling presentation materials, and narratives for the Asean Service Line leader and various Leadership Team meetings as required.
  • Support any special projects and initiatives that are rolled out from time-to-time by Global, Area and Region for the Service Line.

Skills and attributes for success

  • 7 to 15 years’ experience in a similar or operations-related, business management type role, preferably in consulting or a relevant industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile, dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and able to work in cross-functional teams.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Data analytics skills (e.g. PowerBI)
