As a HSE Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's health, safety, and environmental efforts. You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety for employees, compliance with environmental regulations, and the implementation of best practices in safety. You will report directly to the Sr. HSE Manager, and you’ll work remotely when you are not traveling to a site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
  • Lead and manage a team of HSE professionals, ensuring efficient and effective HSE practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications.
  • Develop and implement proactive safety measures, training, and policies to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, providing preventive measures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for HSE-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and education on HSE matters.
  • Up to 50% travel

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $86,400 - $112,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $86,400 - $112,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE

  • CSP Certification
  • 5+ years of experience in HSE field work (construction, maintenance, and field services)
  • 2+ years of experience in leading and managing a team
  • 2+ years of experience managing subcontractors
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
