Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities
  • internal teamsto create modelalignment guidesand scale them across generative AI systems.
  • Review operational guidelinesand collaborate with engineering and operational teamsto ensureourannotationpractices areconsistentwith Microsoft’s responsible AI policy goals.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and manage deliberative processes toadvance our responsible AI internal policies and practices.This includes partnering with our public policy colleagues to align our internal policies with regulatory requirements and policymaker expectations and working closely with engineering, governance, and enablement teams to ensure internal policies are actionable.
  • Manage external engagements to inform our internalresponsible AIpolicies and practices.
