As a Senior Offering Manager - HVAC here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function for our refrigeration products. You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in the refrigeration market. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's Fluorine Products (Stationary) business. You will report directly to our General Manager and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact strategic leadership, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency in the refrigeration market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute LTAs to drive growth and profitability across residential & light commercial HVAC
- Own business development and commercial pipeline, in close collaboration with sales
- Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs in the HVAC industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings; lead NPI process
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, OEMs and end users to drive growth of new and existing offerings
- Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for products
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
- Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the global offering management team with matrix reports
MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience -
- Prior experience in offering management
- Prior experience in customer facing roles
- Willingness and ability to travel (up to 50%, flexible to define schedule)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
