What you'll be doing - Engage with internal customers through our Service Portal
- Collaborate with users to build solutions.
- Improve and maintain our internal infrastructure
- Rapid deployment using infrastructure-as-code
- Addressing, isolating and repairing performance problems or other issues affecting the efficiency of the operations
What we're looking for - Experience working in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- Familiarity with automation tooling, such as Jenkins, Terraform and Ansible.
- Proficient in modern scripting or programming languages such as Python or Golang
- Interest in constantly improving our processes, code and infrastructure
- Hands on experience with NGFWs, BGP and IPSec
You might also have - Comfortable troubleshooting in Linux/Unix environments
- A deep background in standard Protocols (DNS, IPv6, SMTP)
- Experience working in a worldwide organization, communicating across multiple time zones and asynchronously.
