GDS Assurance operates in accordance with International Standard on Quality Control (ISQC) 1- Quality Control for Firms that Perform Audits and Reviews of Financial Statements, Other Assurance and Related Services Engagements and EY Global Assurance policies. The individual is required to support all Quality and Risk Management related activities. Be responsible for delivering highest quality on every task assigned in line with the expectations set out by the supervisors.
 Demonstrate basic understanding of handling operation/support activities.
 Daily Quality and Risk Management related activities, maintaining and providing data required to teams as per set frequencies.
 Develop understanding of various reporting requirements and prepare the same.
 Issue handling and appropriate escalation in a timely manner
Desired Skills and Experience: 0-2 years of work experience in operations/administrative function
 Strong interpersonal and good written & oral communication skills
 Robust logical and reasoning skills Attention to detail and result-oriented
 Knowledgeable in MS Excel
 Knowledge in MS Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
