The salary for this position is $19.00 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

• Set-up and operate vacuum hot press and support equipment.
• Calculate volumes and weights of powder and input recipes for production of target.
• Monitor vacuum system, cooling system (back-up and emergency), hydraulic system, electrical system, and pneumatic systems during production. Will be responsible to detect system problems and remedy immediately.
• Calculate density of pressed targets for Quality Control.
• Assist with and perform preventative maintenance duties including checking oils, water flow, changing, filaments, O’ Rings, thermocouple, tighten and replace heater elements.
• Update records, charts, and graphs for incoming powder particle distribution. Update daily logs as required.
• Perform inventory control of all gases and refractory powders, including ordering of the proper grade materials.
• Use of computer software systems: In (MSDS) and Fast look.
• Operate forklift, hydraulic lift, scales, mixers, die unloader (hydraulic), Rotap (automatic screening), heat sealer, bead blaster.
  

Must Have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Team player, good verbal communicator, and have the ability to follow work instructions in a safe manner.
• Candidate must possess a willingness to learn.
