In this role, you’ll:

• Design and create content in our DITA CCMS that will help our customers understand, configure, and run the software that runs their businesses.
• Be supported from the start by your mentor. She will help you understand, plan, and create the content.
• Be able to select from complementary tasks in our team, for example, working on customer feedback, analytics, video, or graphics, depending on your interests.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• You are studying communication and media management, technical writing, or similar
• English and German (fluent, written and spoken)
• Experience with technical writing and working in a content management system
