Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as an employee relations advisor, HR generalist, or HR business partner providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
Experience coaching and mentoring others.
Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for actions based on the analysis.
Ability to communicate in French fluently to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
