Together with development team, codes, develops, build and propose detailed technical solutions utilizing existing or new technologies.
Contributes to design, develop and implement applications within SNOW ,support development of SNOW Assist functionalities and Embedded AI
Good Understanding of creation/modification of workflows and business rules.
Implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Contribute that implemented solution is aligned and based on the solution design provided by solution architect.
Contributes to inspect and verify the quality of the Releases before delivery.
Provide production support right after the move into production.
Analyze and studies systems requirements and troubleshoots and resolves issues in existing software or solution.
Prepares together with development team software design, configuration and technical implementation documentation.
Participates in prototyping, pilots and PoC’s.
Connecting and automate data sources, along with building visualizations.
Follows the digital market technologies and trends and innovations.
Provides technical support for projects or solution designs.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Should have a total of 2 to 4 of experience with ServiceNow Development
Candidate should have experience in Designing new implementation within Servicenow Should be ready to research on new modules in serviceNow, provide demonstration to stakeholders
Candidates should have good knowledge on ServiceNow Scripting - Client Scripts, Business rules, Jelly scripts, UI pages and others
Working experience with Integrations with third party tools
Working experience with Service Catalog creation and Maintenance along with workflows, work through on automation
Good at troubleshooting ServiceNow issues with related to CMDB
Work experience in development of Service Portal
Strong knowledge with ITSM process
Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules
Knowledge on Angular JS, ITSM, ITIL process, Javascript, ServiceNow Scripting
Knowledge on UI development
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum and proven experience as a technical engineer
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Computer Science
Technical Skills:
Service Now (Must) – Technical & Functional,
Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, XML
Good to have experience in SNOW Assist, Embedded AI in SNOW
