Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in direct line management of both in person and virtual/remote workers in a technical field.
- 7 years of experience in network infrastructure acquisition, specifically dark fiber, metro-ethernet, and transport systems.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 3 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working in a network vendor or telecommunications carrier environment.
- Experience leading and coaching a team to meet goals.
- Experience managing large-scale projects in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with network planning and engineering, including long haul and metro networks, network availability, and resiliency analysis.
