Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for specific Workload Automation growth strategies, focusing on customer and user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Leverage user research, market data, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven product strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful go-to-market execution.
- Champion a user-centric approach, fostering a deep understanding of customer pain points and desired outcomes.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product initiatives on growth metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and 12+ years of experience in product management for B2B software products, preferably in Enterprise Automation category of software products.
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth for enterprise software products.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise automation landscape and market trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience in product discovery, user research, and building user empathy.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented, cross-functional environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $185,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
