- Extensive experience in Global Data Collection at scale for map-making projects
- Deep expertise in in Program management and/or Operations in leadership roles
- Extensive experience in Vendor management and exposure to Logistics/Supply chain/Trade compliance
- Extensive experience in GIS Technologies and Map Data Analytics
- Proven track record in cross-functional technical cooperation (internal and external)
- Excellent cross-functional and strategic leadership skills
- Fluent in English; additional language is an advantage
- MS/PhD degree in CS/EE or equivalent experience
