Responsibilities of the Sr. Oracle Cloud ERP Analyst
    • Take ownership of the development, amendment and maintenance our finance system Oracle Cloud ERP, including:
    • Maintain the GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Procurement modules
    • Extend the existing Finance setup, for example by adding new legal entities or implementing changes in the Chart of Financial Authority for approvals
    • Create and maintain custom accounting reports that provide valuable insights
    • Support the Finance Team to ensure a smooth and efficient Month End Closure
    • Analyze stakeholder requirements to optimize and improve existing business processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness
    • Coordinate requests, fixes, and upgrades with Oracle Support and Finance users, fostering collaboration and communication
    • Partner with the Middleware team to design and implement data integration processes between systems (e.g. between Salesforce and Oracle Cloud ERP)
    • Ensure thorough testing of the application and the end-to-end integration
    • Troubleshoot and resolve daily business issues, ensuring seamless operations
Requirements of the Sr. Oracle Cloud ERP Analyst:
    • A Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business with a focus on IT, or equivalent
    • 3+ years of experience in administration, configuration and/or development of Oracle Cloud ERP
    • A strong background in system analysis, including system integration
    • A deep understanding of financial processes, enabling you to effectively support our Finance team
    • Proficiency with SQL and web services
    • Knowledge of Java or a similar language is a plus
    • Development or administration experience with SaaS systems is an advantage
    • Familiarity with Agile methodology is desired
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate collaboration and clear communication
