Your responsibilities will be to:

• Lead the internal cross-function team to solve any quality problems from internal and external customers

• Manage project development on quality to ensure all activities can fulfill quality system requirements and customer requirements

• Production quality control for motor (medical use) assembly line

• Manage production quality improvement with CFT team

• Follow up local new project for local customers

• Follow up customer complaints

• Supporting supplier development

Our requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, engineering major

• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, QC08000, ROHS & REACH, FDA QSR820

• Familiar with quality tools like 5 Why, 8D, 6 Sigma, etc.

• 10 years or above Medical Device Quality management experience

• Motor/gearbox assembly related knowledge, PCBA manufacturing knowledge is preferred

• Good command of English

• Proactive, hardworking, honest
