Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business, go-to-market, or commercialization related functions.
Experience working in Ads measurement or Attribution.
Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and optimizing resource allocation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience influencing higher-level executives and sellers.
Knowledge of products in digital media solutions, media effectiveness (MMM, Attribution, Incrementality), and AI/analytical skills to pitch and activate across a sales organization.
Excellent structured problem-solving skills with the ability to manage operational initiatives and thought leadership.
Ability to speak and write in either German or French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
