As a HardwareSupervisor with a focus on People Management here at Honeywell, you will beresponsible for supervising and leading a team of hardware engineers in thedesign and development of cutting-edge electrical power electronics hardwaresolutions with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance. You will report directly to our manager, and you'llwork out of our Bangalore, India location on a hybrid work schedule. Your leadership and expertise in electrical powerelectronics hardware, regulatory compliance, and people management willcontribute to the development of innovative solutions that address the world'smost critical challenges in safety and productivity.

• Lead and supervise ateam of hardware engineers in the design and development of airport airsideproducts encompassing electrical power electronics hardware, firmware andmechanical with a focus on regulatory compliance
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications
• Ensure that hardwaredesigns meet all relevant regulatory standards and certifications
• Oversee the entirehardware design process, from concept to production
• Provide technicalguidance and support to team members
• Develop and supportyour team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Drive retention andengagement initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performing team culture• Identify and develop successors within your team
• Collaborate withother leaders to drive talent acquisition and recruitment efforts

• Bachelor’s degree inelectrical engineering or related field
• 10+ years ofexperience in hardware design and development, with a focus on powerelectronics
• Strong knowledge ofhardware design principles and methodologies
• Proficiency inschematic capture and PCB layout tools
• Experience withhardware testing and validation
• Excellent leadershipand communication skills

• Proven track record ofsuccessful hardware design projects with regulatory compliance
• Ability to lead andmentor a team of hardware engineers
• Strong understandingof industry standards and regulations related to electrical power electronics
• Experience withregulatory certifications and testing processes
• Knowledge of analogand digital circuit design
• Familiarity withpower conversion technologies and topologies
• Strong peoplemanagement skills with the ability to develop and support team members
• Ability to driveretention and engagement initiatives
