- 6 years of experience in relevant business leadership, consulting, music industry or ecommerce industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of YouTube large partners and creator ecosystem, the Music industry, and/or eCommerce operations as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate.
- Ability to take initiative and effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy, constantly evolving, team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to structure a storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
