Key job responsibilities
• Implement effective problem-solving techniques to minimize the recurrence of equipment-related issues
• Continuously monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment in the implementation of the reliability program
• Develop and implement standardized guidelines and policies for RCA content across Amazon's global operations.
• Ensure the consistent development, training, and support of a world-class RCA tool.
• Collaborate with teams across regions to ensure the adoption and optimization of the RCA program.
• Establish a continuous improvement process to continuously refine the problem-solving approach and share learnings across the organization
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive equipment performance monitoring system to collect, analyze, and visualize relevant data
• Regularly review and interpret equipment performance data to uncover opportunities for improving reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Execute document quality control and auditing
• Travel up to 50% (international and domestic)

- 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
