Description
- Influence and deliver process & system innovation as part of the SDE strategy for more seamless execution - such as exception identification and execution of the resolution as part of a single activity, including the associated change management activities.- Leverage data and metrics in support of Execution Optimisation. Consider supply chain sustainability and cost balanced with customer requirements.- Ideate & deliver on cross functional innovation within Operations for shared tools and processes. Data and table management for execution configuration is a critical element within this.- Bring E2E thought leadership daily both in region and globally. Challenge the status quo, promote & deliver strategic change.- Ensure there are strong communications to support an excellent partnership and knowledge across all the Regions (EMEIA, AMR & APAC). Co-ordinate with other regional SDE organisations as well as WW SDE to ensure that benefits in any region can be shared on a global basis.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at leveraging data and tools to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and verbal – ability to present complex plans to executive teams
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, demonstrating high initiative and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership including but not limited to experience developing teams and supply chain process.
  • Strong work ethic, perseverance, flexibility and ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous leadership skills including experience leading teams and supply chain systems initiatives
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and detail oriented
  • Experience setting direction for process and/or tool improvements to support team objectives
  • Experience in Data Science methodologies and ML technologies to drive efficiencies across operations
  • Ability to cultivate relationships & lead teams through heightened business insight and consumer focus
  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Maths, Economics, Data Science & Analytics, or a related field is preferred. However, proven experience in a similar role is also highly valued.
