• Order all MN products (HW, SW, Services) in all business scenarios, including customer POs, Risk Orders, Trials, Demonstrations, R&D and FOC Trigger task creations for POs, SO, DN, Inv, L/C to outsourced order management operations and monitor timely completion
• Coordinate import and customs processes till Goods receipt in DOP
• Provide Invoice reconciliation and mapping to cash collector for IQI resolution
• Coordinate and guide the distribution process: Shipment planning and transport execution, verify freight cost and invoice, coordinate with LSP, including monitoring and control procedures
• Coordinate and validate the Customer invoice creation & submission, including monitoring and control procedures
• Contribute and support the cash collection process, including invoice dispute resolution with customer
• Manages and mitigates risks from “end-to-end” the CARE transactions that are in progress to ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved for all products
• Represents the customer to the internal / global Hardware Services (HWS) teams
• Ensures service levels from back-to-back (B2B) multi-vendor agreements meet customer SLAs
• Follows up on delivery discrepancies and implement preventive and / or corrective actions
• Resolves customer escalations and billing issues
