What you’ll do as the Employee Relations Lead
Apply subject matter expertise to independently and thoroughly investigate workplace concerns.
Interface with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of issues, including the application of global standards.
Participate in a range of regulatory exams and internal audit reviews.
Work with the HR Legal team in the investigation of and response to agency charges and litigation.
Partner with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Citi Security and Investigative Services and Audit on investigations of employee misconduct.
Appropriately assess risk demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by
- drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations,
- adhere to Policy,
- escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
What we’ll need from you
Bachelor’s degree/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
8+ years of experience within HR and/or internal investigations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent English language skills
Ability to work at pace
Mature interpersonal skills and an ability to demonstrate empathy
Great analytical skills
Confidence to deal with and make judgement calls in complex and nuanced situations
