Your key responsibilities

• Need to work as a Lead Technical Consultant in one or more T24 projects
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
• Regular status reporting to the stakeholders and onsite coordinators
• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.
• Facilitate handoff to clients and monitor support and handover activities.
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to participate in orals and win proposals.

Skills and attributes for success

Technical attributes:

• Should have experience in at least one of the service areas of Core Banking projects like Implementation, Upgrade, Application Development and Maintenance across geographies.
• Well versed in Technical aspects of Temenos product and experienced in System integration activities
• Good understanding of the T24 Technical, Implementation & Integration projects, In depth knowledge on programming, web service and OFS and Interfaces
• Experience in Integration Framework, Interactive framework, API, Microservices, Design Studio, Interfaces, DM Tool, IRIS, IF DFE, EF, Events management
• Experience in Transact System Configuration (Scripts Formats, Parameters, Screens, DB)
• The consultant should be able to understand the configuration and customization requirements; provide technical solution and prepare Technical Specification documents.
• Upgrade Migration or Systems Development experience preferred.
• Experience in Info Basic; TAFJ/TAFC; Database JBase/DB2; IDE framework and Design Studio
• T24 Implementation knowledge & Temenos Integration Framework experience
• Show in-depth knowledge on best banking practices and T24 modules like AA, Lending, Private Banking, Securities, Accounting, combined with good understanding of GL in T24
• Good understanding of the Core Banking architecture, administration, configuration, data structure.
• Working knowledge in one more of the technical areas such as Core, Retail and Commercial Deposits, Lending, Compliance, including product parametrisation and set up.
• Excellent business communication skills
• Excellent knowledge Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Have Rational Analysis & Logical Thinking
• Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.
• Good Leadership skills
• Excellent client-facing skills

Management attributes:

• Exhibit very strong consulting skills.
• Prior Client facing experience.
• Experience in Core Banking applications
• Implementation experience in any of the core banking solutions.
• Understanding of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues.
• Develop Business Case, Business KPIs, Benefits realization plan and measure KPIs
• Develop plans for continuous improvement
• Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio.
• Must have domain driven functional experience, preferably focused on financial service.
• Must have presentation skills – ability to create PowerPoint presentations to communicate solution architecture to various stakeholders.
• Experience working under agile delivery methodology
• Experience with researching new products/tools and rapid prototyping
• Previous experience working in delivery consulting

To qualify for the role, you must have

• MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 7 to 12 Years
• Well versed on Technical aspects of Temenos products
• Good understanding of the T24 architecture, administration, configuration, data structure,
• Strong Capability to architect highly scalable distributed systems that event driven.
• Well versed in technical aspects of Temenos product and experienced in System integration activities.
• Good understanding of the T24 Technical, Implementation & Integration projects, In depth knowledge on programming, web service and OFS and Interfaces
• Experience in Integration Framework, Interactive framework, API, Microservices, Design Studio, Interfaces, DM Tool, IRIS, IF DFE, EF, Events management
• Experience in Transact System Configuration (Scripts Formats, Parameters, Screens, DB)
• Experience in Java and Info basic language
• Show in-depth knowledge on best banking practices and T24 modules like securities, accounting, AA, good understanding of GL in T24,
• Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.
• Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD, FSD
• Excellent business communication skills
• Good Leadership skills
• Excellent client-facing skills

Technologies and Tools

• Experience in WILF Data Migration Tool or any latest migration technology tools
• Temenos Module Certifications
• Experience in handling API, Microservices, Design Studio, Interfaces, DM Tool, Enterprise farmwork and Event Management
• Experience in handling JIRA, QC, Compliance
• Experience in handling project management tools
