1. Product Quality Planning and Management:
Participate in the development of new projects, determine the list of special characteristics of new products, inspection standards, etc;
Lead the development/review of FMEA and CP for new projects, as well as the daily management and control of FMEA and CP updates;
Improvement of internal quality issues during the new project phase;
• Product PPAP formulation, review, and daily management;
2. Process quality control
• Determine production process control points and control methods
On site SPC control of key control points; Regular process capability monitoring of key projects
Weekly/monthly quality data statistics and analysis, improvement and tracking of TOP issues
Lead/participate in the improvement of internal sudden quality issues.
Develop a plan to implement product and process audits
3. Laboratory management
Regular measurement system analysis and management(metrological&counting),external calibration management of measurement tools
Regular internal calibration management of on-site inspection tools and inspection accessories
On site inspection tools and inspection aids are used to verify and control the effectiveness of class opening
• Participate in the design of experimental plans for new projects, develop and manage product testing guidelines
• Management of laboratory qualifications recognized by customers (such as GP10)
4. Customer quality and system management;
Improvement analysis of client quality issues and timely output of 8D reports
Management of internal/external quality problem list• Participate in BIQS management
• Participate in quality system internal audits
