- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience using complex SQL to extract, transform and analyze large datasets, providing insightful metrics and reporting in a repeatable, high quality manner ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Leverage Python (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn), Excel etc to develop robust quantitative analyses to support data-driven decision making
- Proficient in utilizing Tableau, Quicksight or similar tools to create interactive data visualizations, dashboards, enabling effective communication of complex data insights
