Sr. Associate, Project Management - FPDS

General Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, manage and execute strategic and tactical project plans to ensure timely delivery throughout the full product life-cycle

• Leverage analytical skills, problem-solving skills and sound judgment to: drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure adherence to scope of deliverables, timeliness and budget; and identify risks and dependencies, and discern appropriate mitigation and/or escalation

• Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of commitments, inform progress and influence outcomes utilizing a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach

• Identify and implement ways to improve and streamline business processes, prioritizing standardization and scalability

• Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work

• Utilize program tracking and reporting tools to provide visibility and scalable ways to assess value and track value realization

• Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

• At least 3 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters or MBA degree

• 5+ years of Project Management experience

• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Strong problem solving and influencing skills

• Work experience achieving results with complex projects

McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Project Manager Richmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Project ManagerThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
